Job summary:
Greet and seat all guests and wish them goodbye on their departure providing them with courteous professional efficient and flexible service that supports the outlets operating concept brand promise and Hyatt International standards.
Salary information:
Basic Net Salary: 480530 US$
Service charge: provided varies from 100 to 400 US$ depending on season
Tips: providedAs per outlet tips earned for the month
Yearly increment applicable January of every year provided 6 months of employment
Accommodation and transportation: 200 US$ (provided by employer)
Duty meals: 3 meals in employee restaurant
Extra: 50 discount on restaurants and 12nights free stays in other Hyatt hotels after completion of 12 months of service.
Visa / Work Permit: provided by employer 120 US$
Flight ticket to Oman: 700 US$ provided by employer
Vacation: 30 calendar days paid leave

To greet and seat all guests and wish them goodbye on their departure providing them with courteous professional efficient and flexible service that supports the outlets operating concept brand promise and Hyatt International standards. Responsible to Assistant Manager Outlet.
Duties:
To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional friendly courteous and professional guest service at all times.
To greet and seat guests according to the established standards of performance established for the outlet.
To take and manage reservations and table assignments as prescribed by the Outlet Manager.
To follow all telephone usage guidelines using the guests name and standard greetings as prescribed by the Outlet Manager.
To wish guests goodbye as they leave the restaurant as prescribed by the Outlet Manager.
To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Skills and experience:
- Female with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
- Good customer service communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
