Job Description

A Day in the Life:

As our Project Engineer you will coordinate and monitor the follow of information between the Owner the Architect the Project Manager and all other personnel affiliated with the construction project. Along with this you will also play an integral part in building and maintaining professional and productive relationships will all parties involved.

What Youll Do:

  • Coordinate documentation for permanent project records
  • Subcontract field document control and filing including: Submittal Packages Shop Drawings Safety Manuals SDS Files and Change Order coordination
  • Construction Document control and filing including: RFIs SIs and SK Documents to and from consultants
  • Inspection Reporting filing and follow up
  • Collect and maintain weekly site reports and coordinate compliance letters to subcontractors
  • Assist in all duties regarding the startup of the project as well as the procurement of permits


Requirements

What Youll Need to Succeed:

  • BA in Business or Construction Management strongly preferred
  • Previous construction experience within the Multifamily industry
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
