The Executive Marketing will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness drive customer engagement and support the overall business growth. This individual will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute campaigns analyze market trends and ensure effective communication of the companys value proposition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Manage multichannel campaigns including digital marketing (SEO SEM social media email) and traditional marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends customer behavior and competitor activities.
- Oversee content creation for promotional materials presentations social media and websites.
- Monitor and optimize marketing performance metrics preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales and product development to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as agencies vendors and media outlets.
- Organize and manage events trade shows and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing role with a track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles analytics and tools (e.g. Google Analytics CRM platforms and marketing automation software).
- Proven ability to design and execute datadriven strategies to meet business goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and problemsolving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong project management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing budgets.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing content marketing or analytics are preferred.
- Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to adapt strategies to evolving market dynamics.
