Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned area.
Lead mentor and manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including hospitals clinics and healthcare providers.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Conduct regular sales meetings training sessions and performance reviews with the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing product development and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and budgets to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical standards
