Supervise and coordinate administrative staff including office assistants drivers and support personnel.
Manage site office infrastructure supplies logistics and ensure proper functioning of administrative systems.
Handle all site documentation including contracts permits licenses safety documents and attendance records.
Assist in procurement and inventory control of office supplies and basic construction materials in coordination with the purchase department.
Oversee payroll and attendance tracking systems for site labor and staff in coordination with HR and accounts.
Maintain communication with vendors contractors and government authorities for administrative needs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws safety regulations and statutory requirements at the project site.
Facilitate onboarding of new employees and manage administrative formalities.
Prepare reports letters and minutes of meetings as required by senior management.
Organize and support meetings inspections and audits.
Manage travel arrangements accommodation and local transportation for site staff and visitors.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative management preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
Knowledge of labor law compliance site safety norms and government regulations.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and document management tools.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet deadlines.
