The Opportunity: Customer Service Specialist (Hungarian & English)

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the vital link between our client and their valued customers. Your exceptional communication skills and dedication to providing outstanding service will directly impact customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. You will be responsible for handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Providing professional and courteous customer support via phone email and potentially other communication channels.

  • Efficiently and accurately addressing customer inquiries concerns and feedback in both Hungarian and English.

  • Troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.

  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the clients products services and policies.

  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively.

  • Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

  • Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

  • Adhering to quality standards and service level agreements.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Fluency in Hungarian (C1 level or higher): You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian allowing you to interact confidently and professionally with native speakers.

  • Excellent English (B2 level or higher): You are proficient in English enabling you to communicate effectively within an international team and with diverse customer segments.

  • A passion for customer service: You genuinely enjoy helping people and are committed to providing exceptional support.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: You have a clear concise and empathetic communication style both verbally and in writing.

  • Problemsolving abilities: You are resourceful and can effectively identify and resolve customer issues.

  • A positive and proactive attitude: You are enthusiastic selfmotivated and eager to learn.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills: You can manage your workload efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Basic computer literacy: You are comfortable using standard office software and navigating online systems.

  • Previous customer service experience (is a plus but not mandatory): We value your attitude and potential as much as your prior experience!

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. 9:00 p.m. (rotational shifts within these hours)

  • Fully paid training starts on the 5th of June.
