This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients through cruise options tailoring recommendations to match their travel goals and budget
Share insights about cruise lines itineraries and destinations especially throughout the Caribbean
Manage end-to-end booking logistics including reservations guest preferences and payment coordination
Build long-term client relationships that inspire trust loyalty and referrals
Keep up-to-date on current travel regulations promotions and cruise industry trends
What Were Looking For:
Personal cruise experience preferred but not required
A friendly proactive communicator who enjoys working with people
Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage in a remote setting
Comfortable using booking tools and digital platforms for managing client needs
