About the Role
We re looking for a friendly reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role you ll be the first point of contact for customers helping to resolve issues answer questions and ensure a great overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat
Provide accurate information about products services and policies
Handle returns exchanges and complaints with professionalism
Maintain customer records and update account information
Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns
Meet performance targets for speed accuracy and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers and customer service software
