Job Description
As an AI Automation Developer youll design AI-powered workflows build Python-based automation scripts and implement smart data pipelines using cutting-edge platforms like Zapier LangChain and OpenAI driving operational excellence across global systems.
Job Overview
Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 05:00 PM (Colombian Time)
Work setup: Work from Home / Remote
- Design and implement business process automations using platforms such as n8n and Zapier
- Build and troubleshoot custom Python scripts to bridge gaps between automation platforms and external APIs
- Develop RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines using LangChain or similar frameworks
- Implement AI-based agents and chat workflows using OpenAI GPT Relevance AI and vector databases
- Configure dashboards and internal tools using Airtable Retool or similar
- Connect and sync data between CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and external tools
- Deploy and maintain scraping bots for lead generation and enrichment
- Maintain system health debug issues and ensure uptime of automation infrastructure
- Collaborate with strategy and consulting teams to define project scope and deliverables
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 2 years of hands-on experience in AI automation or systems integration roles
- Deep familiarity with Zapier n8n or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of Python particularly for automation scripting and API handling
- Experience with Relevance AI or other AI Agent applications embedding/vector tools for semantic search
- Comfort working with REST APIs webhooks and basic JSON formatting
- Familiarity with RAG Database systems LangChain Pinecone Chroma or similar
- Experience with Airtable Notion or Retool for dashboard and data visualization setup
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Self-directed with strong communication in English and Spanish
