Get to Know the Role
You will need to design multichannel campaigns across traditional and digital media (includes but not limited to assisting with creative briefs media strategy and selection campaign budget allocation audience targeting flighting strategies ad formats and ad optimizations).
It will be an individual contributor role and youll report directly to the Head of Marketing for Mobility (GrabFin and Brand).
The role will be based onsite at our Ortigas Grab office with flexible work arrangements
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Endtoend Marketing from brief writing timeline planning providing clear feedback and direction to marketing services units (Creatives PR Social and Media) to campaign performance tracking and optimization.
- App Marketing and Support develop communications for app service website management playstore optimizations and full app life cycle support.
- Strategic Development: create marketing strategies that address challenges use user insights and adapt midcampaign based on performance feedback.
- Communication and Engagement: develop inapp communications and offline activations to engage passengers ensuring understanding of their needs
- DataDriven Insights: manage campaign reporting and evaluations using data analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Brand Consistency and Competitor Analysis: revamp the website to reflect brand identity while monitoring competitor activities to improve campaign .
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- At least 3 year of experience in a brand or communications role (clientside or as a suit/planner in agencies).
- Lead campaigns across the spectrum of communications: brand repositioning new product launches and interesting twists on sales promotions.
- Analytical approach to understanding customer behavioral segmentation and spotting opportunities.
- Natural strategic thinker and problemsolver who gains category/commercial understanding with ease and has the ability to readytouse business goals into exciting customer value propositions.
- Great collaborator: Someone who works well with a wide group of partners and is open to idea experimentation. Ability to navigate complexities and persuade approval to get things moving.
