Customer Success Manager
Department: Customer Success
Reporting Structure: Reports to Director of Customer Success
Summary:
Atlantis University is seeking a dynamic and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and building strong relationships. If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fastpaced environment we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers serving as their main point of contact
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success
- Provide product training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely manner
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM system
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
