Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Financial Reporting & AuditLocation: AhmedabadExperience: CA Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Key Responsibilities:
a. Preparation of financial statements as per IND AS for Indian and foreign subsidiaries at standalone and consolidated level
b. Work closely with the statutory auditors to resolve their audit queries prepare and share audit work papers to close audits on time
c. Manage timely and accurate monthly/yearly book closure with provisions entries etc. prepare MIS reporting to be done to mgt team
d. SAP knowledge or experience would be preferred
f. Regular GL reviews to point out corrections in entries and provisions and suggest process improvements in the same
g. Coordinating and successfully concluding internal and Tax audits and ICFR for providing necessary F&A documents and workings.
h. Should have very sound understanding IND AS CARO reporting auditing standards SEBI LODR Income tax and Companies act requirements
i. Proficient in excel and willing to travel to plant on regular basis
Qualification: CA Fresher or with one year experience
