Location: Indiana 100 Remote / Telehealth) Job Type: FullTime (Direct Hire with Client) Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Openings: Multiple Positions Available
This is a fulltime directhire opportunity with a missiondriven telehealth behavioral health provider focused on accessible traumainformed addiction and mental health services. As a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) you will deliver 100 remote substance use and cooccurring mental health care.
Our client is looking for dedicated longterm team members who are passionate about growing with an innovative rapidly expanding organization focused on delivering accessible and highquality mental health care. This is not a contract position.
Substance Use Assessment: Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate clients substance use history mental health needs and risk factors.
Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized recovery plans in collaboration with clients utilizing evidencebased approaches.
Therapeutic Intervention: Provide individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth to support clients in all stages of recovery.
Relapse Prevention & Education: Equip clients with coping tools harmreduction strategies and education on relapse triggers and prevention.
CoOccurring Disorders Support: Address mental health concerns that often coexist with substance use offering integrated care coordination.
Crisis Management: Provide immediate intervention and safety planning during virtual crisis situations.
Case Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate clinical records using the organization s electronic health record (EHR) system.
Referral Coordination: Link clients to recovery resources MAT providers detox centers or residential programs when needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care and holistic support for each client.
Licensure (Required): Active and unencumbered LCAC license in Indiana
Preferred: Dual licensure in both Indiana and Florida
Education: Master s degree in Counseling Social Work Psychology or a related field
Experience: At least 1 2 years of experience in addiction counseling preferably with telehealth exposure
Certifications: CPR certification required; additional certifications in traumainformed care DBT CBT or MAT integration are a plus
Deep knowledge of substance use disorders and recovery models
Strong clinical judgment and therapeutic skills in a virtual care environment
Excellent motivational interviewing communication and documentation skills
Ability to maintain patient engagement and confidentiality in a telehealth setting
Capable of managing a remote caseload of up to 25 clients
