We are looking for a Director Strategic Partnerships to join our Prenuvo Team!
The ideal candidate is a dynamic resultsdriven professional with a passion for building meaningful relationships and aligning with Prenuvos mission. This role will be instrumental in identifying developing and executing highimpact strategic partnerships that fuel our growth drive consumer awareness and reduce customer acquisition costs. Youll be responsible for sourcing nurturing and managing partnerships with health and wellness businesses and other likeminded brands that share Prenuvos values.
Reporting to the VP of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships this position will play a key role in growing and expanding Prenuvos partnerships across the USA. Ideally you will be located near one of our major clinic locations (SV LA NY Miami or Dallas). The role will be remote with occasional travel to other clinics or HQ locations.

What Youll Do
Strategic Partnership Development/Management
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify target and cultivate partnerships with other businesses and organizations that align with our company goals.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that drive growth and revenue for our organization ensuring clear scope and alignment on marketing deliverables.
- Manage all phases of partnership from prospecting negotiations and closing of deals across the US.
- Build and maintain a database of partnerships including key business metrics objectives and negotiated marketing deliverables.
- Analyze and track the performance of partnerships to identify areas of optimization and growth potential providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
Drive Complex Deal
- Lead and execute multistakeholder deals managing the entire sales lifecyclefrom qualification through to closing.
- Own the negotiation and structuring of strategic partnerships working across multiple stakeholders to align business objectives and deliver impactful results.
Pipeline and Territory Development
- Develop and cultivate a robust pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities across the US
- Consistently exceed sales targets and maintain a high conversion rate ensuring a steady flow of strategic deals that drive organizational growth.
- Take a handson approach to identify new opportunities and scale existing partnerships consistently improving results.
Strategic Engagement & Networking
- Establish a strategic presence within healthcare leadership forums industry events and key stakeholder discussions to drive new partnership opportunities.
- Leverage these interactions to stay at the forefront of industry trends identify partnership opportunities and build lasting relationships within the healthcare ecosystem.
Build for Scale
- Develop and maintain frameworks that effectively measure and communicate program ROI to key health system stakeholders ensuring they understand the tangible value of Prenuvos offerings.
Continuous Improvement & CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams (including Sales Marketing) to align strategies refine processes and ensure the successful of partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in partnership strategies and lead initiatives to optimize program delivery.
Sales and Performance Management
- Responsible for achieving a monthly sales target linked to the partnerships under management.
- Monitor member satisfaction and engagement proactively addressing any concerns or issues to ensure member retention.
Industry Awareness & Technology Integration
- Stay uptodate with industry trends the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that may impact our business or partnership opportunities.
What Youll Bring
- 8 years of experience in business development and/or strategic partnerships in the health and wellness space;
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue
- Expert communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Sharp negotiation skills with a proven track record of sourcing negotiating and successfully closing deals
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to track and measure the performance of partnerships; comfortable with data / analytics to effectively evaluate and report on project success and achievement of KPIs
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Expertise in social media platform management
- You are a creative problem solver: must be able to distill goals and objectives and align strategies and tactics to meet them
- Proficient crossfunctional and crosscultural communication skills (written & verbal)
- Customerfocused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service to members
- Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges; knowledge of medical/healthcare industry regulations and understanding of HIPPA compliance

- The base salary for this role ranges from $160000 $180000 in local currency depending upon experience
