Job Description
This position provides handson experience with Kentucky Eagles portfolio customers and sales/delivery processes preparing candidates for a future sales role. Must reside in the Louisville area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn supplier brands and portfolio.
- Use data analytics to support customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Understand the sales cycle including online portal usage and order submission.
- Accompany Sales Representatives and Management on local market visits.
- Learn to competitively position brands in the market.
- Assist with merchandising and pointofsale placement.
- Support open territories through account visits identifying sales opportunities.
- Monitor and record account inventory.
- Review sales performance against targets with management.
- College degree preferred.
- 1 years of B2B customer service experience.
- Account management experience a plus.
- Must have a valid Drivers License in good standing with a driving record acceptable to Kentucky Eagles insurance carrier.
- Desire to start a career in Sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Must be able to sit stand walk climb squat bend twist and repetitively lift 35lbs.
