Starting at $65/hour (Depending on Experience)

Are you a compassionate leader with a heart for helping others and a head for coordination and care planning Join River Valley Care Center as our Social Services Director and play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents and supporting their families.
What Youll Be Doing:
Lead and manage the social services department to ensure residents emotional psychological and social needs are met.
Serve as a liaison between residents families and interdisciplinary team members.
Assist with admissions discharges and care planning processes.
Provide advocacy and support for residents navigating changes in care or living arrangements.
Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Who Were Looking For:
Must have Masters degree in Social Work
Experience in longterm care or healthcare setting strongly preferred.
Strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
If youre currently pursuing your MSW clinical supervision is available to help you complete your degree!
