Job Description
Job Title: Social worker/ Adult Outpatient Therapist
Location: Taylor MI
Job Type: Permanent/ Full - Time with full benefits
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate Social Worker/Adult Outpatient Therapist to provide clinical services-including assessments therapy and care coordination-for adults with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in social work Psychology or Counseling.
- Must obtain MI state licensure LLMSW LLPC TLLP LMSW LPC or LLP within 60 days of hire (extension up to 60 days possible)
- QMHP credential required within 120 days of hire
- Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals diagnosed with mental illness (includes internships)
- Able to work with diverse populations.
Shifts: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Hours Per Day: 8.00
Days Per Week: 5.00
Hours Per Week: 40.00
