Salary Range: $70000 $80000 annually (in compliance with MN Wage Disclosure Law)

Are you a driven hospitality sales leader ready to take the next step in your career Join the newly reimagined Holiday Inn & Suites in St. Cloud as our Director of Sales where youll shape the sales strategy drive revenue growth and represent one of the regions most iconic hotels.
About the RoleAs Director of Sales youll be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic sales and marketing plan to drive hotel occupancy group business and event bookings. This is a high-impact leadership role where youll work alongside a supportive General Manager and executive team to meet revenue targets build client relationships and elevate our brand in the marketplace.
What Youll DoDevelop and lead the hotels overall sales strategy to meet revenue goals.
Target and grow key market segments through prospecting networking and outside sales efforts.
Create and implement strategic marketing initiatives including digital and local outreach.
Manage the hotels group and business travel accounts from inquiry to execution.
Partner with the GM and Revenue Management team to forecast analyze trends and optimize pricing.
Conduct property tours client meetings and sales presentations to promote bookings.
Represent the hotel at community and industry events to drive brand visibility.
Prepare reports track metrics and manage CRM data to evaluate sales effectiveness.
Ensure seamless communication between departments regarding booked business and special requirements.
Provide excellent service to current and prospective clients addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Supervise and mentor any sales team members and collaborate cross-functionally with hotel staff.
2 years of sales experience in the hotel hospitality or tourism industry.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Working knowledge of CRM systems Microsoft Office and hotel booking platforms.
Positive self-motivated and collaborative leadership style.
Associates degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
