Position: Case Management Director

Job Type: 13 Weeks of Contract (Extension Available)
Shift: 8 Hours Day Shift (Monday- Friday 8-5pm)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Overtime (OT) available after 40 hours/week and OT rate after 40 hours- 1.5x on W2
Requirements:
RN - Montana State License
BLS Certification
At least Three (3) years of leadership experience in high volume case management program in a hospital or clinic setting
