Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PHP IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in a 24/7 shift capacity. As a PHP IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and internal teams ensuring the seamless operation of our PHPbased systems. This role requires a deep understanding of PHP excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced aroundtheclock environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for PHP applications troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor and maintain the performance of PHP & Laravel systems ensuring high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency.
Respond to and resolve ITrelated incidents and service requests during 24/7 shifts.
Document and communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and team members.
Participate in oncall rotations and be available to work weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience working with PHP Laravel and PHPbased applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in a similar IT support role is a plus.
