Job Overview
The Director of the AI Innovation Lab at TMobile is instrumental in spearheading the development and implementation of cuttingedge artificial intelligence technologies. This role is crucial for enhancing TMobiles technological capabilities ensuring the company stays at the forefront of the telecom industry. By leading a team of experts the Director fosters innovation and drives projects that translate complex AI solutions into tangible business outcomes. Collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization ensures that the initiatives align with TMobiles strategic goals. Job Responsibilities:

• Leads the development and implementation of innovative AI technologies to enhance technological capabilities within the telecom sector
• Directs a team of AI experts and specialists fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive project success
• Collaborates with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure AI initiatives align with strategic business goals
• Oversees the translation of complex AI solutions into tangible business outcomes enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Monitors industry trends and technological advancements to keep the company at the forefront of innovation in the telecom industry
• Ensures the AI projects adhere to budget timeframes and company standards mitigating risks and overseeing quality control

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelors Degree Computer Science Engineering or Related Field (Required)
• Masters/Advanced Degree Computer Science or Data Science (Preferred)
• 710 years Leading AI projects and initiatives in a corporate setting Required
• 10 years Managing a team of AI professionals and technical experts Required
• 47 years Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions with business processes Required

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Leadership Ability to lead a team of AI experts and manage innovative projects effectively. (Required)
• Strategic Thinking Capability to develop longterm strategies that align with TMobiles business goals. (Required)
• Problem Solving Proficiency in identifying analyzing and solving complex problems in AI implementation and integration. (Required)
• Collaboration Strong ability to work with crossfunctional teams to drive the adoption of AI technologies. (Required)
• Project Management Expertise in managing largescale projects from conception to implementation. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $212800 $287800

Corporate Bonus Target: 25

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year.
