Job Description
Middle School ESL Teachers (Step Up Program)
Teachers are needed for the Title III Summer Program. Three teachers will work with newcomer students and instruct English Language development. Teachers will collaborate to teach units that align highquality direct language instruction with curriculum frameworks. Teacher applicants must be ESL licensed teachers or licensed teachers who have completed an SEI endorsement course. Teacher applicants should be familiar with culturally responsive pedagogy a variety of assessment strategies SEI strategies and the development of English language proficiency.

Program Hours 8:45am 1:15pm
Total Stipend ESL Teachers $5250 $50 x 105 hours) General education teachers $4725 $45x105 hours)
