Position: Front Desk Agent
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton
Status: FullTime / PartTime

Be part of something fresh our property is currently undergoing exciting renovations to elevate the guest experience! This is a great opportunity to grow with us during this transformation and help create a warm welcoming environment from the moment guests arrive.

What Youll Do:

As a Front Desk Agent youll be the face of the hotel greeting guests with a smile ensuring smooth checkins and checkouts and being a helpful point of contact throughout their stay. Your service sets the tone for unforgettable guest experiences while supporting our team in reaching occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred

  • College coursework in a related field a plus

  • Computer literacy and experience with reservation systems preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods

  • Light lifting (up to 20 lbs) carrying or pushing/pulling items

  • Must be available for flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays

  • Comfortable working with basic financial data and systems

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction & Service:

  • Warmly welcome and assist guests at checkin during their stay and upon departure

  • Answer guest questions about the hotel local area and available services

  • Handle reservations payments and room assignments with accuracy and care

  • Uphold brand standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times

  • Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service

Operations & Administration:

  • Operate the front desk and PBX systems proficiently

  • Complete daily checklists reports and shift paperwork

  • Manage guest messages packages and special requests

  • Stay up to date on current promotions room rates and hotel events

  • Support emergency procedures as needed
