We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Agent to join our team. This role involves planning and executing marketing strategies to support the promotion of real estate projects and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of market research campaign execution and client communications.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate projects and listings
Conduct market analysis to identify trends customer needs and opportunities
Coordinate marketing materials including brochures listings and print advertising
Assist with the organization of promotional events and community outreach
Build relationships with vendors partners and prospective clients
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for management
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in marketing or sales preferred (real estate industry is a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative thinking and a strategic mindset
