Job Description
Requirements for the ERP Internship
- Enter and validate part attributes and purchasing data into the new PLEX ERP system.
- Assist with organizing and reviewing purchasing records for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with purchasing team members to ensure timely and accurate data input.
- If fulltime support other PLEXrelated tasks across departments such as inventory operations or production planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling company data.
- Provide general administrative support to the purchasing and supply chain team as needed.
What we are looking for in an ERP Intern
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management Business Operations Management or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Prior experience with ERP systems is a plus but not required.
