Home to more than 1600 students the Pelham School District is comprised of three schools serving PreK through 12th grade students. About the Position:
The School Psychologist will promote the educational and psychological wellbeing of the students who may require supportive services to benefit fully from the districts educational programs. The School Psychologist will be responsible for performing and reporting educational evaluations for students suspected of having a learning disability. This may include but is not limited to cognitive academic social and emotional and adaptive evaluations. In addition the School Psychologist may be responsible for small group and/or individual counseling and social skills instruction.
Qualifications:
Specialistlevel degrees (CAGS/CAS or equivalent) in School Psychology Applied Educational Psychology or a related field and NH certification as School Psychologist are required.

Selection Process:

Our selection process typically includes an initial phone interview followed by an inperson interview with school administration and the Superintendent of Schools. The final step in the hiring process is nomination by the School Board.
