Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven International Business DevelopmentExecutive to expand our global seller network and drive business growth on leadingecommerce platforms like Amazon. This role requires strong sales relationshipbuildingand negotiation skills to onboard and support international sellers. Working night shiftsyou will engage with global clients uncover business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Acquire Global Sellers: Research qualify and onboard top sellers forAmazon.
  • Build & Maintain Seller Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor managing sellerinteractions and ensuring longterm success.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Pitch our platform to international sellers negotiate deals andfinalize agreements.
  • Category & Market Analysis: Understand global market trends seller pain pointsand product category growth strategies.
  • Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking: Ensure seller success translates toplatform revenue continuously optimizing performance.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing operations andaccount management teams for smooth seller onboarding.
  • Work Across Global Time Zones: Engage with sellers worldwide catering to theirschedules during night shifts.
To Be a Great Fit You Should Have:
  • 24 Years of Experience in ecommerce sales or business development preferablywith Amazon.
  • Competitive Analysis Expertise to assess market trends monitor competitorstrategies and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Strong Communication Skills to effectively engage and persuade internationalclients.
  • DataDriven Mindset with the ability to analyze trends and make informed businessdecisions.
  • Expertise in Amazon Platform including seller systems and advertising tools.
  • Sales & Negotiation Abilities to acquire highvalue sellers and close deals.
  • ProblemSolving Skills to provide strategic solutions for seller challenges.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility to work night shifts and manage global interactionsefficiently.
