Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (sales product design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve targets and foster growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with media influencers and strategic partners.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and ROI to senior management.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Scientific educational background is preferred or similar experience in a scientific company.
- Problem solving mindset.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
