- Must be comfortable with program designing for your clients.
- Or must feel comfortable with mentorship to help you become more comfortable with program designing.
- Must have a NCCA recognized personal training certification and is CPR & AED Certified.
- Or is willing to get certified within their first week of employment.
- During down time you will be booking your Director of Fitness Welcome Workout appointments maintaining an organized and tidy club helping members with proper form on the floor.
- Encouraging clients to recover in our recovery lounge and go to the smoothie bar after their workouts.
- Must be able to offer availability either early mornings evenings weekends or have open availability.
