As part of the sales team youll play a key role in the growth of ngvoice. Together we support sales and revenue growth and ensure winwin deals with customers and partners.
To support our exponential growth were looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team!
The role is located in Hamburg.
Tasks
What youll do- Participate in RFx processes make SoC and commercial proposals
- Prepare TCO analyses and detailed pricing summaries
- Further develop commercial models
- Manage internal databases tracking key terms and conditions
- Initiate and follow up on internal decisionmaking process
- Identifyrisks during the RFx process and provide measures to mitigate risks draft contract review contract and negotiate to ensure a risk controllable deal
- Draft review and negotiate NDA MoULoA Partnership Agreement Reseller Agreement Consortium Agreement Sales Agreements etc.
- Provide support on contract management during postsales including contract handover change management and dispute management
Requirements
Our Ideal new colleague- You have MSc orBachelors in Business Administration Finance Engineering Law International Trade or similar
- You have a minimum of 2 years in tech sales as a Commercial Manager Price Manager Contract Manager Account Manager Bid Manager Deal Controller or similar
- You have experience in relation to the commercial proposal commercial model price setting and analysis
- You have strong negotiation and consultative selling skills as well as presentation & communication skills
- You have financial and risk management understanding
- Youenjoyworking in a scaleup environment
- You have excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken
