Reporting to the Director of Operations the Location Manager oversees the daytoday operation of the location ensuring customer satisfaction maximum effectiveness in employee productivity vehicle rental and profitability
1. Perform CSR and Service Agent duties as listed on the attached job descriptions.
- Coach and support CSRs and SRs to maintain or exceed standards of performance as outlined in their respective job descriptions and their personal sales goals
- Ensure professional image of property including vehicles through maintenance and/or cleaning.
- Staffing of location including scheduling and hiring & termination under the direction of the Operations Manager.
- Monitor employee performance conduct performance reviews and implement disciplinary action as necessary.
- Liaise with the Training & Development Manager and assist with training/coaching and development of employees and the establishment of individual goals.
- Communicate and introduce all company polices programs and concerns.
- Maintain security and condition of company assets including building vehicle inventory equipment cash receipts and documents.
- Conduct weekly reviews of all CSRs as well as vehicle spotcheck inspections to ensure consistency with company standards.
- Plan and schedule local staff meetings as required.
- Ensure all location reporting and daily business is completed in an accurate manner.
- Liaise with the Distribution Dept. and/or Operations Manager to maintain adequate fleet levels to meet customer demand.
Liaise with other locations to help with fleet activity including in and out of fleet vehicle movement from city to city and location to location.
