Job Description

This position is responsible for the development of a comprehensive Revenue Growth Management process for internal and external (customer) support Category Development Key Account Managers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate establish and recommend appropriate pricing for Odom products in all Odom geographies by working with external suppliers retailers and subdistributors as well as coordinating with other internal Odom pricing personnel.
  • Manage margins tactically and strategically to enhance margin contribution for Odom by ensuring pricing accuracy identifying margin opportunities by supplier brand and package in all Odom geographies.
  • Manage inventories by helping to identify opportunities to increase the accuracy of forecasts reducing overall Non Alc SKU rationalization of low performing items and reducing the levels of loss associated with aging.
  • Manage Category and Reset Teams that are developed Internally.
  • Work with Key Suppliers and Brand Partners to plan and execute Core SKU / Innovation.
  • Manage CMA Budget locally to drive growth in Volume Revenue and Margin
  • Work with Sales Leadership Distribution Purchasing Agents and Maui Soda to develop key Initiatives
  • Work with Beer Division to help support Non Alc Category brands and sets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)preferred; one to two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be 21 years old.
  • Must have valid drivers license good driving record proof of auto insurance (SR22 is not acceptable) and own means of reliable transportation.
  • Minimum of 5 years beverage sales supervision experience preferred.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be selfmotivated a selfstarter and able to work with very little direct supervision.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to work quickly and accurately while handling competing priorities.

  • Use of pallet jacks and hand carts are required to load and unload products for use in customer locations.
  • Frequently lift and/or move 1025 pounds and occasionally moving/pushing or pulling of up to 250 pounds (loaded hand cart or pallet).
  • Required to regularly stand walk lift product floor to waist shoulder to overhead use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Occasionally required to sit climb or balance stoop kneel or crouch.
