Job Description
Are you passionate about rural health and caring for the underserved Interested in opportunities that provide teambased care and access to student loan repayment programs
Corewell Health is seeking an EXPERIENCED Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team at their busy Gun Lake WalkIn Clinic. Inthis role you will provide same day primary care to patients in thesurroundingcommunities.
Experience is required 13 years). Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants can only be considered as we care for patients of all ages.
As an Advanced Practice Provider in the Corewell Health Medical Group you will have:

Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner:
- Required Masters Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000
- Must show evidence of completion of a masters postmasters or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
- 3 years of relevant experience current relevant clinical experience
- Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
- LICNurse Practitioner (NP) State of Michigan
- CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)
- CRTNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- CRTPediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
Physician Assistant:
- Required Masters Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
- 3 years of relevant experience current relevant clinical experience
- LICPhysician Assistant State of Michigan
- CRTPhysician Asst Certified (PAC) NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
- CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)
- CRTPediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
- CRTNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
