Job Description

Tasks:

Assist to schedule Interview session & follow up with stakeholder
Prepare offer letter extension/ shortening for Interns
Facilitate on New Hire On-boarding process
Assist profile completion for interns & submit in SSF
Prepare Document for Expatriates & submit

Projects:

Improvement of Operation Processes flow by assignment type
Help to update work instructions International Assignment & Intern recruitment

Qualifications :

Candidate that is pursuing a bachelors in business management / international Business / Human Resource fields.
Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
Required language(s): Fluent command in English Bahasa Malaysia.
Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills Good communication skill & Analytical skill
Joining date: July 2025
