Job Description:
A Research Assistant position is available in the DePoy lab to aid in our work investigating the role of circadian rhythms in animal models of psychiatric disorders specifically substance use. Under the direction and supervision of the Principal Investigator the Research Assistant will manage the mouse colony and assist in the generation of mice with developmental circadian rhythm disruption as well as undertake behavior immunohistochemistry microscopy and molecular experiments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education/experience/licensing:
A 4year undergraduate Science degree is required.
Communication and other skills:
Ability to read and write common vocabulary and perform arithmetic.
Ability to follow work direction.
Ability to use personal computer and common office equipment.
Ability to work cooperatively on a research team.
