Description

Hire Resolve Clients is looking for a dynamic and skilled Marketing and Sales Representor to join their team in Cape Town.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis

    • Identify target audiences (e.g. families adventure travelers business tourists).
    • Analyze competitors and industry trends.
    • Collect customer feedback to improve services.
  • Branding and Promotion

    • Develop a strong brand identity for the destination or service.
    • Create and distribute promotional materials (brochures videos ads).
    • Manage online presence (website social media blogs).
  • Digital Marketing

    • Run online advertising campaigns (Google Ads Facebook Ads).
    • Optimize search engine rankings (SEO).
    • Manage social media engagement and influencer collaborations.
  • Partnerships and Public Relations

    • Collaborate with travel agencies airlines and tour operators.
    • Engage with travel bloggers and media for coverage.
    • Organize travel fairs expos and press trips.
  • Content Creation and Storytelling

    • Write engaging travel blogs articles and itineraries.
    • Produce highquality photos and videos to showcase destinations.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Generating Leads and Converting Bookings

    • Contact potential clients (corporate group travelers event planners).
    • Offer customized travel packages and experiences.
    • Close sales through phone calls emails and inperson meetings.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Maintain relationships with repeat clients.
    • Handle inquiries complaints and provide excellent customer service.
    • Follow up on leads and past travelers for repeat business.
  • Sales Promotions and Discounts

    • Create seasonal offers loyalty programs and special discounts.
    • Upsell and crosssell travel experiences (e.g. hotel upgrades tour addons).
  • Corporate and Group Sales

    • Target MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences and Exhibitions) travelers.
    • Partner with businesses for corporate travel packages.
  • Reporting and Performance Tracking

    • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Set and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:

Education and Qualifications

  • Diploma Marketing Tourism Hospitality Business Administration or a related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing sales or travel management (optional but beneficial).

Skills and Competencies

Marketing Requirements

  • Market research and trend analysis.
  • Digital marketing (SEO Google Ads social media).
  • Branding promotion and storytelling.
  • Creativity and innovative campaign development.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.

Sales Requirements

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Targetdriven and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Multilingual skills (preferred for global markets).

Experience

  • Entrylevel 02 years): Internships or assistant roles in tourism marketing/sales.
  • Midlevel 35 years): Experience in tourism hospitality or travel sales/marketing.
  • Seniorlevel 5 years): Leadership experience in tourism marketing/sales.

Tools and Software Knowledge

  • Marketing Tools: Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager Canva Adobe Suite.
  • Sales Tools: CRM software (Salesforce HubSpot) email marketing tools.
  • Booking and Reservation Systems: Amadeus Sabre Travelport (for travel agencies).
