Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and resultsdrivenInside Sales Executiveto join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving business growth by managing leads building strong client relationships and offering tailored solutions. This role requires exceptional communication skills a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management:Handle incoming leads efficiently qualify opportunities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Client Engagement:Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through phone calls emails and physical/virtual meetings.
  • Sales :Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Upsell and crosssell products and services ensuring alignment with client needs. Close sales opportunities and achieve or exceed monthly quarterly and annual targets.
  • Market Research:Understand market trends client industries and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing cross divisions and operations teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
  • Reporting:Provide regular updates on pipeline progress forecasts and achievements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an inside sales or similar role for minimum 2 years preferably in TIC consultant e.g. B2B services.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of TIC industry e.g. sustainability cybersecurity compliance audits ISO audits
  • Experience with crossselling and upselling strategies.
