As an Operations Senior Specialist Image Services in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. Image Services within Loan Administration is crucial to maintaining the momentum required to keep mortgage production moving and helps uphold our end to taking care of our customers.
Job responsibilities
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing photocopying prepping documents/files for imaging data entry
- Create and maintain loan files
- Partner with the Auto upstream/downstream partners
- Check processing activities
- Provide coverage for any of the support roles as dictated by absences or volume fluctuations
- Monitor and update various system records
- Communicate with external agents and internal colleagues to resolve issues and discrepancies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Basic office and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
