Overview:

Tonal is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead gotomarket development and for software feature launches. The ideal candidate will drive the successful launch of innovative software features including influencing the product roadmap defining compelling messaging and collaborating across creative and channel teams to drive awareness and engagement.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive gotomarket strategies for new software launches and feature updates driving awareness and engagement.

• Define product naming product positioning and messaging framework that resonates with target audience(s)

• Ensure consistent and integrated messaging across all touchpoints by collaborating with creative and channel owners (e.g. CRM paid media web social retail)

• Influence product roadmap and optimize marketing strategies by serving as the voice of the customer leveraging consumer insights competitive research and data analysis.

• Inform and help design research studies to gather pertinent data and insights.

• Partner with the product team to help size business opportunities and align features to customer needs ensuring roadmap aligns with marketable moments.

Who You Are:

• 5 years of experience in product marketing for consumer software product(s)

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.

• You are able to communicate in a concise manner especially in written form and can translate complex ideas into clearcut frameworks and messages.

• Strong program and stakeholder management skills.

• You are highly skilled at managing all details of complex marketing programs while coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines.

• You leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and know when to rely on experience and judgment to move things forward.

• A trusted partner who effectively collaborates and easily earns the trust of team members while being equally comfortable challenging assumptions.

• You are a selfstarter who is able to iterate quickly and lead through ambiguous situations.

• Driven professional who can thinking strategically and outside of the box and obsessed over the details

• Thrives in a fastpaced environment.

• Passionate about health and fitness
