Job Description Sales Ops Sr Admin Assistant

We are looking for a motivatedsales operations Sr Admin Assistanttostreamlineoursales processesand support oursales teamwithdatadriveninsights. This role involves managingCRM systemssuch asSalesforce andMicrosofttools likeExcel Power Point Power BI generatingsales reports and creatingdashboardsto trackKPIsand other keymetrics. The specialist will alsocollaboratewithstakeholdersandteam membersto improvesales forecasting assist inpricingstrategies and enhance overallteam performance.

The ideal candidate will haveexcellent communication skills abachelors degreeinbusiness administrationor arelated field and 35years of experiencein salesenablementand operations orsales management. With a knack for problemsolving andprocess improvement this individual will play a key role in ensuringeffective salesoperations and supportingsales strategiesfor longterm success.

Key Responsibilities

As asales operations specialist your key responsibilities will include:

  • ManagingCRM systems.OverseeingCRMtools likeSalesforce to ensure accurate data andstreamlinesalesworkflows.
  • Analyzingsales data.Conductingdata analysisonsales performance identifying trends and providing actionable insights to support strategicdecisionmaking.
  • Improvingsales processes.Identify opportunities forprocess improvementtostreamlineworkflows reduce inefficiencies and drive productivity in thesales organization.
  • Collaborating withteam members.Work closely with salesrepsbusiness developmentteamsoperations manager andstakeholdersto align goals and support thesales department.
  • Forecasting andsales analytics.Develop and maintainsales forecastingmodels createdashboardsforKPIs and tracksales targetsto monitorteam performance.
  • Supporting salesinitiatives.Implementsales strategiesandinitiativesto enhanceteam performanceand supportsales targets.
  • Developing reports anddashboards.Generatesales reportsdashboards and visual data tools to trackmetricsand provide insights toteam members.
  • Training andonboarding.Assists in theonboardingof newsales representativesby providing training onCRM systemssales processes andsales tools.
  • Implementingautomation.Utilizeautomationtools tostreamlineworkflowsand improve the efficiency ofsales cycles.

Qualifications and Skills

Toexcelin the role ofsales operations specialist candidates should have:

  • Education.Abachelors degreeinbusiness administration salesbusiness operations or arelated field.
  • Experience.35years of experiencein sales operationssales management or a similar role.
  • CRMproficiency.Strong experience withCRM systemslikeSalesforceandHubSpotto support efficientsales processes.
  • Analytical skills.Excellentanalytical skillswith a strong ability to conductdata analysisand work withmetricsto driveteam performance.
  • Communication skills.Strongcommunication skillsfor working withstakeholderssales team members andbusiness developmentteams.
  • Project management.Experience inproject managementandprocess improvementto implementeffective sales strategiesandstreamlineworkflows.
