We are open to applications from individuals based in Canberra Sydney and Melbourne
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and develop highquality documents reports presentations and proposals including infographics and pitch materials.
Support project teams in delivering bespoke evidencebased solutions to complex problems providing clients with strategic datadriven recommendations.
Utilise analytical methods to assess issues provide recommendations and ensure solutions are delivered within timesensitive environments.
Guide and mentor junior team members fostering their professional development and supporting their career growth while promoting a positive worklife balance.
Deliver valueformoney recommendations specifically related to property and built environment development strategies for both private and government clients.
Ensure highquality effective communication with clients and stakeholders managing project deliverables and ensuring they meet professional standards.
About You:
Youre a selfstarter with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning and development.
You have experience in real estate or infrastructure advisory with a focus on feasibility studies business case development valuations and planning. Experience in built form across commercial and social infrastructure is highly regarded.
You have a solid understanding of financial modeling and are comfortable working with relevant tools and models.
You possess exceptional communication and leadership skills enabling you to manage projects and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Familiarity with government business case requirements and sectorspecific guidelines is desirable but not essential.
