Business Communication Manager (Medicare)
Location:This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoints location.
TheBusiness Communication Manager (Medicare)will be responsible for collaborating with health plans and enterprise business partners to ensure accurate consistent and timely messaging for members and providers in the support of B2B enterprise statespecific vendor and line of business communications. This position will primarily support Medicare (including Medicare products including but not limited to DSNP and FIDE).
How you will make an impact:
Supports tracking development approval process and completion of company initiatives and Government business growth projects and initiatives related to provider communications.
Supports development of new and innovative programs for standard communication distribution and format.
Supports tracking development and completion of company initiatives and Government business growth projects and initiatives related to member and provider communications.
Facilitates approval process and recommends distribution channels for optimal impact.
Leads highly complex multistate multiline of business communications to support Enterprise and Cost of Care initiatives
Managing and originating provider facing material; including: Content development and technical writing and overseeing approvals from inception to completion.
Identifies potential issues project change and scope
Leads efforts to identify best practices
Identifies impacted parties business partners and resources required.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
Designs methods for integrating function and process Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experiences:
Medicare experience is strongly preferred.

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy.
