Sr Supervisor Distribution Business Analytics

Essential Functions & Accountabilities

• Supervises a team of 814 data professionals making daytoday decisions within or for the group.
• Reviews and evaluates process procedure team and individual performance to ensure compliance to business protocols best practices and overall efficacy.
• Collaborates with senior site leadership and operations leaders to develop implement report and govern key performance metrics (KPIs)
• Develops supports and oversees data collection strategies using the most efficient and appropriate methods while complying with data security policies.
• Develops maintains and enhances forecasting models to predict trends performance and outcomes utilizing advanced statistical analytical and computational techniques.
• Liaises with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver accurate actionable and timely results.
• Presents across multiple levels of operations and management with a strong comprehension of business and operations to create narratives with data.
• Emphasizes quality and integrity of process procedure data and analysis.
• Explains data and analytics results and how they can be utilized to support continuous improvement projects and objectives.
• Performs supports and oversees data extraction manipulation cleaning analysis from datasets of various sizes in structured and unstructured formats.
• Constructs data sets to analyze inform identify trends and support stakeholder decisionmaking.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends and advancements in data analytics adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Drives continuous improvement innovation quality and engagement within the department and the organization.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and organize data.
• Proven experience in data processing and developing forecasting models.
• Proficient in creating and managing dashboards.

• Proficiency in PowerBI SQL Python and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to appropriately manage confidential information.
• Proficient with Tableau or similar visualization software.
• Strong Mathematical and analytical capabilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in team leadership or commensurate.
• Minimum of 3 years as an individual contributor in an analytics environment or commensurate

Education:

• Associates degree is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelors degree is preferred

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation the starting base pay for this role is between $95765.00 and $136807.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
