Job Description
At BeReal we are dedicated to authenticity in social media. By encouraging users to share unfiltered moments we foster genuine connections and celebrate real life. We are now an international team of 70 and have 40M monthly active users. Backed by Voodoo our team is fully focused on scaling BeReal into an iconic social network used by hundreds of millions.
Role
BeReals product team is a small group of highperformers reporting directly to the CEO. We operate at the intersection of data science engineering design and operations. Highly autonomous and skilled across multiple areas each member of the team is expected to identify opportunities design highimpact solutions drive implementation and assess results.
- Partner with a small team of engineers & designers to come up with build test and scale new highimpact features.
- Combine analytics and user research to identify user drives fuel ideation and lead product improvements.
- Contribute to highlevel strategic decisions. Help define short and longterm roadmaps.
- Identify key metrics and take ownership for improving them.
Profile
- Youre passionate about B2C mobile apps and have a proven track record of building meaningful products.
- Youre hyper analytical: you obsess over product metrics test your hypotheses rigorously and make datadriven decisions.
- You can both hack together a quick prototype and articulate a longterm product vision.
- You have an intuitive feel for UI and UX. You have basic design skills in Figma.
- Youre highly driven and autonomous.
- Youre fluent in French English
