The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking a Product and Portfolio Manager to join the team in North Charleston SC; Auburn WA; Renton WA; or Seattle WA.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product and Portfolio Manager to lead and drive delivery across our Data Integrations product family! In this key leadership role you will manage our Agile delivery teams and product managers ensuring seamless alignment across product roadmaps stakeholder requirements and strategic objectives.
The Data Integrations portfolio features two primary products: Message Bus & Integration which includes offerings in Service-Oriented Architecture Application Programming Interface (API) Management and Streaming Services and Secure File Transfer encompassing Managed File Transfer (MFT) and MFT Service. These solutions support multiple business units including Boeing Global Boeing Commercial and Boeing Defense.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Agile delivery teams aligned to our integration and file transfer product offerings
Develop refine and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with business units architects and technical leads
Act as the primary liaison between the product organization and our three business units ensuring transparency timely delivery and mutual alignment of priorities
Coordinate across teams to manage intake prioritization and resource planning for key deliverables
Ensure effective Agile practices are followed and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sprint reviews and backlog grooming as needed
Track and report on product performance team velocity and key delivery metrics
Provide coaching feedback and professional development opportunities to product team members
Partner closely with the Senior Manager to inform product strategy and drive initiatives across cross-functional teams
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience in product management or program delivery within complex IT or software environments
5 years of experience communicating with all levels from individual contributors to executives and stakeholders
3 years of experience with Agile methodologies and delivery practices
2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
Experience managing multiple priorities across competing business units
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in enterprise integration technologies (APIs streaming MFT etc.)
Experience with infrastructure operations compliance and enterprise risk frameworks
Experience supporting or managing products for regulated or defense business units
