Location: We are seeking a Internal Product Manager to join our Product Management team here in the UK. This position is based in our Bridgend office in South Wales.

What you will be doing:
Manage the full product lifecycle for products manufactured for internal clients ensuring alignment with ROCKWOOLs strategic goals.
Oversee product portfolios development requests and product specifications for internal customers such as ROCKWOOL Core Solutions ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation and other OPCOs.
Ensure all products comply with regulatory and legal requirements in coordination with the Compliance Team.
Lead and support product development initiatives including production trials compliance testing and process improvements.
Control stock keeping unit (SKU) creation manage master data and oversee packaging and labelling specifications.
Collaborate across departments acting as the process and specification expert for internal teams.
Participate in cross-functional project teams to represent product compliance and customer needs.
Support the optimisation of production efficiency and assist internal customers in achieving their growth objectives.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders including Production Process Technical Finance Sales and Marketing teams.
What you bring:
Experience with manufacturing processes/process engineering
Previous experience in research and development (R&D) or product development
Capability to manage write and update production specifications
A good understanding of stone wool insulation and its uses
Competency utilising Excel to analyse data
Previous experience managing product master data
Good organisational and communication skills
