QA Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a QA Engineer with expertise in automated testing DevOps manual testing and functional testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications by developing and executing test plans automating test cases and collaborating with DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium Cypress or Playwright.

• Conduct manual and functional testing to validate application features and business requirements.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Perform API testing using tools like Postman RestAssured or SoapUI.

• Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test reports.

• Work closely with developers DevOps and product teams to identify and resolve defects early.

• Perform performance and load testing using JMeter Gatling or similar tools.

• Ensure security and compliance testing is conducted where necessary.

• Implement best practices in test automation and drive improvements in testing efficiency.

• Monitor and maintain test environments ensuring they are uptodate and stable.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 37 years of experience in software testing (manual & automation).

• Handson experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium Cypress or Appium.

• Strong understanding of DevOps processes and CI/CD automation.

• Proficiency in API testing with Postman RestAssured or similar tools.

• Experience with version control systems (Git GitHub GitLab or Bitbucket).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) for test automation in cloud environments.

• Familiarity with containerized testing using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Strong experience with functional regression and endtoend testing.

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.

• Knowledge of security testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python JavaScript or Java for test automation.

• Certifications in ISTQB Selenium or DevOpsrelated areas.
