Conduct inspections of civil works including excavation concreting form work reinforcement masonry and finishing activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Review and verify material test reports concrete mix designs and laboratory results for conformance with quality standards.
Monitor contractor s work to ensure adherence to project quality plans ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) and method statements.
Perform inspection of incoming materials to verify quality and conformity with project specifications.
Identify report and document non-conformances and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Maintain detailed inspection reports daily logs and quality records for submission to the QA/QC Engineer or Project Manager.
Coordinate with site engineers subcontractors and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with safety regulations codes and environmental standards.
Participate in internal and external audits and support continuous improvement of quality management systems.
Diploma / Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Inspector in civil construction projects (infrastructure residential or industrial).
Knowledge of international codes and standards such as ACI ASTM BS or equivalent.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and documentation procedures.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering materials construction methods and quality control practices.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Good understanding of site inspection procedures ITPs and NCR handling.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation software.
