3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years of Project Management Experience for largescale Enterprise Implementations
- 8 years of State of Texas or Similar Federal/State Project Management Experience
- 8 years of Development Experience
Preferred:
- 5 years of PMP Certification
- 5 years of State of Texas Project Delivery Framework Experience
- 3 years of Agile (Scrum) Experience
- 2 years of Salesforce Experience
- 2 years of State Procurement and Contracting Experience
- 1 years of Jira Experience
Specific Skills:
- Project management using Waterfall Agile and Scrum
- Managing cloudbased projects (Salesforce ServiceNow Dynamics 365
- Leading crossfunctional teams and vendors
- Experience with government/public sector projects
- Proficiency in project tools (e.g. MS Project Jira)
- Strong communication documentation and reporting skills
- Familiarity with Texas DIR frameworks (preferred)
