Position Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical professional to join our finance team in the role of Accounting Technician specializing in payroll. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy and a strong understanding of payroll processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in using payroll software possess excellent communication skills and be adept at managing confidential information with the utmost discretion
Qualifications:
Experience with Lawson Software preferred.
Responsibilities:
Maintains annual and quarterly payroll reports including a complete record of payroll transactions.
Coordinates calculates and posts adjusting entries to appropriate subaccounts as approved by supervisor.
Reconciles reports including but not limited to taxes retirement and vendor accounts.
Recommends prepares and documents changes in payroll processing procedures.
